Why you might not want to incorporate in the USA

With the majority of our customers in USA, we decided to scale up there. So – we went out and hired developers, rented office space, incorporated in Texas and started preparations to move support, billing and operations for certain customers to the USA.

This is where I got my first shock. The USA is completely systematic, infected with stone-age processes and in all honesty – stupid.

  1. Ironically, this is exactly the kind of things that Republicans have been banging on about for years. No-one wants to listen because they think (with some justification) it’s a Trojan Horse for removing environmental protection, labour protection and lower taxes for gajillionaires and fewer rights for workers.
Just think, if the Republicans had told the truth instead of their consistent bait-and-switch tactics, people would have listened to them, and come to trust them, something they badly need nowadays.
50 laboratories of democracy? It’s getting harder to see the advantages of it…
